6.1: SecurityMassive Events Co. will provide sufficient 24-hour security personnel for move-in, show day and move-out. However, due to the volume of people and property, it remains the exhibitor's responsibility to secure and insure his/her own material, merchandise, and equipment (see section 5.2). Exhibitors are encouraged to remove or conceal any small valuable objects in their exhibits when unsupervised or overnight. |
6.2: Exhibitor InsuranceExhibitors are responsible for obtaining exhibitor insurance covering their personnel, exhibit material, machinery and equipment from the duration of move-in, show day and move-out including public liability, property damage, fire and theft.
Massive Events Co. will not accept liability or responsibility for any loss, damage or injury occurring to exhibitor personnel or property, or any loss or injury caused to anyone or anything caused by the exhibitor.

6.3: Parking
There are a number of parking garages both underneath the VCEC and around the area. For a detailed map of these, please see Section 2.
Note: VCEC is also easily accessible via public transportation. |

6.4: Conference Schedule & Activities
The Conference Schedule will highlight the conference Speaker Schedule and activities along with a listing of registered exhibitors (upon meeting deadlines) and will be distributed at the entrance to Registration. |
