What is the agenda for the day?
Move-in is the day before, March 27, with each exhibitor being assigned a specific unloading time. For exhibitors and sponsors the agenda for March 28 begins at 7:00am and ends at 7:00pm, for more details please see Section 1.2. |

Where do I sign in if I am an Exhibitor/Sponsor?
Before March 28, 2007 please register your staff here.
On March 28, 2007 all exhibitor/sponsor/media staff must sign in at the registration booth marked "Exhibitor/Sponsor/Media Registration" in the main lobby of VCEC. |

When can I set up my booth?
Set up will occur on March 27, 2007. Each exhibitor will be given a specific time to for set up, and this information will be available shortly
Note: If you know at any time that your booth will require more time/resources to set up, contact us so we can make the appropriate arrangements. |

Please take your vehicle to the East Lot of the VCEC. |

How do I get to the venue?
VCEC is easily accessible by vehicle or public transit or you can drive yourself. It is located just off West Cordova St. between Howe and Burrard. For more detailed directions see Section 2.1. |

Where do I park?
There is an underground paid parking lot available at VCEC or there is additional paid parking available nearby. For more information see Section 2.3. |

How do I find a Massive employee for troubleshooting at the show?
Massive Employees will be circulating on the tradeshow floor and outside the conference rooms to answer any questions that you may have.
If you are unable to find the assistance you need, please go to the registration desk where we will then find the appropriate person to assist you. |

How high can my display be?
The maximum height for a display is 10 feet. For more information about display regulations see Section 4. |

Where do I take materials for attendee bags?
If you are a Sponsor, part of your speaker package includes a promotional brochure/flyer in the attendee bags.
If you are a Sponsor and plan to take advantage of this opportunity, please deliver 5000 units to the registration counter BETWEEN 10AM and 1PM on MARCH 27, 2007 (one day before the show date). |

Electrical and internet connections are available to exhibitors throughout the VCEC. The order forms can be found in Section 7. |

How do I submit a presentation for the Technology Feature Stage?
Presenting your innovative product or service on our Technology Feature Stage is a great way to bring extra attention to your booth!
Sponsors are provided with the first opportunity to present on the stage; however we encourage all exhibitors to contact us with your presentation ideas.
Note: When making a suggestion, please include the proposed presentation topic, your company name and who will be presenting. We regret that not all exhibitor requests will be met due to the limited stage time available

How do I register my staff that will be attending to my booth?
Each staff member must be registered in order to obtain an exhibitor/sponsor name tag. To register individual staff see Section 8.1. |
