In order for exhibitors and their staff to gain admission to the tradeshow you must pre-register for your exhibitor name badges by completing this form for every staff that will need admission.

Pre-printed name badges can be picked up the day before the show (Wednesday, April 29) during exhibitor set-up in your exhibitor package. Or they may be picked up the morning of the show at registration.

These badges will be pre-printed the week before the show, so please fill out this form prior to April 21, 2008.

If you do not know who will be manning your booth, please visit registration the day before the show.
