All exhibitors must report to the marshalling yard to be placed in line. Once space becomes free to unload in the exhibit hall, cars will be directed to the Metro Toronto Convention Centre’s West Ramp to enter the exhibit hall. The Marshalling Yard is manned by MTCC Dock Staff. Once at the base of the West Ramp (at the foot of John Street) precede up the ramp with your vehicle where you will be met by MTCC Dock personnel who will direct you to Hall B to off load your exhibitor material. A time limit of 10 minutes will be permitted to off load your items. It is crucial for you to arrive within your specific move-in zone time, dedicated to your booth

Take-down Information
Exhibitor booth take-down can begin the moment the tradeshow doors close to the public at 5:00pm. Take-down and removal of booth must be completed by 7:00pm that night.
