Where do I sign in if I am an Exhibitor/Sponsor?


Before April 21, 2008 please register your staff here.

On April 30, 2008 if you do not already have your name badges please visit the registration booth marked "Exhibitor/Sponsor/Media Registration" to pick up a name badge or show admission band.

When can I set up my booth?


Set up will occur on April 29, 2008. Each exhibitor will be given a specific time to for set up, click here to see the set-up times.

Note: If you know at any time that your booth will require more time/resources to set up, contact us so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

How do I find a Massive employee for troubleshooting at the show?


Massive Employees will be circulating on the tradeshow floor and outside the conference rooms to answer any questions that you may have.

If you are unable to find the assistance you need, please go to the registration desk where we will then find the appropriate person to assist you.

How high can my display be?

Where do I take the materials for attendee bags?


Please deliver to the registration counter BETWEEN 10AM and 1PM on April 29, 2008 (one day before the show date).

Where do I take my company's press kits/promotional material?


All the exhibitor and sponsor press relations for the show will be at the Media Centre. Please drop off your promotional materials at the Media Centre on April 29, 2008.

How do I submit a presentation for the Technology Feature Stage?


Presenting your innovative product or service on our Technology Feature Stage is a great way to bring extra attention to your booth!

Sponsors are provided with the first opportunity to present on the stage; however we encourage all exhibitors to contact us with your presentation ideas.

Note: When making a suggestion, please include the proposed presentation topic, your company name and who will be presenting. We regret that not all exhibitor requests will be met due to the limited stage time available

How do I register my staff that will be attending to my booth?


Each staff member must be registered in order to obtain an exhibitor/sponsor name tag. To register individual staff see the Exhibitor Admission Page.
