Where do I sign in if I am an Exhibitor/Sponsor?


Before May 1, 2009 please register your staff here.

On May 6, 2009 if you do not already have your name badges please visit the registration booth marked "Exhibitor/Sponsor/Media Registration" to pick up a name badge or show admission band.

When can I set up my display?


Set up will occur on May 6, 2009. Each exhibitor will be given a specific time to for set up, click here to see the set-up times.

Note: If you know at any time that your display will require more time/resources to set up, contact us so we can make the appropriate arrangements.

Where can I take my vehicle to unload my display?


Small deliveries are permitted through the main Hotel lobby, all deliveries must be made via the loading dock located off of Richmond Street. Loading dock dimensions are: Length: 31', Width: 5'. The loading dock does not have a hydraulic lift and if one is required it is recommended using a truck equipped with its own platform.

How do I find a Massive employee for troubleshooting at the show?


Massive Employees and Volunteers will be circulating on the tradeshow floor and outside the conference rooms to answer any questions that you may have.

If you are unable to find the assistance you need, please go to the registration desk where we will then find the appropriate person to assist you.

How high can my display be?


The maximum height for a display is 10 feet. For more information about display regulations see Exhibitor Guidelines Page.

Where do I take the materials for attendee bags?


Please deliver to the registration counter BETWEEN 3PM and 4PM on May 6, 2009 (one day before the show date).

Please drop off your promotional materials and press kits at the Massive Media Centre the morning of May 7, 2009.

How do I register my staff that will be attending to my display?


Each staff member must be registered in order to obtain an exhibitor/sponsor name tag. To register individual staff see the Exhibitor Admission Page.
