 If you are shipping your display materials to the venue, please note that the Hilton will not be responsible for any charges associated with shipments. Exhibitors must be sure that any customs, shipping etc is covered on the front end. Shipments will only be accepted 48 hours or 2 business days prior to the event. If you are sponsoring the show or if you have purchased the bag insert option, please have your inserts shipped to the Hilton. |
