Darrell MacMullin - PayPal Canada

Darrell MacMullin Country Manager, PayPal Canada

Turning Web Traffic into Profit

In a down economy Canadians won’t be going out to shop as much, and instead will be looking for deals and comparison shopping from their computers. SMBs need to strike while the iron is hot. In that vein, SMBs need to re-examine their web presence to understand the value people gain from visiting, even if there is no e-commerce element.

Join Darrell as he talks about some of the things companies can do to make their site a destination, and points to examples of sites that do this well. He will also be speaking about how starting/growing e-commerce in tough times makes good business sense and how PayPal helps small businesses, through cost savings and speed of payments.

ABOUT DARRELL MACMULLIN

As Country Manager, Darrell is responsible for all of PayPal Canada's operations, including finance, product, business development, marketing, and building and supporting PayPal's millions of customers in Canada.

Key to these operations is providing Canadian consumers with more opportunities to use PayPal when shopping online, and providing Canadian businesses with payment services that help their businesses grow. This has made PayPal one of the fastest growing preferred methods by which Canadians can pay and get paid online. www.paypal.com
