Depending on your booth number and zone location, you have been assigned a move-in time.

Exhibitor Take-down:

Time: 5:00pm - 7:00pm
Place: Vancouver Exhibition & Convention Centre
Take-down Information
Exhibitor booth take-down can begin the moment the tradeshow doors close to the public at 5:00pm. Take-down and removal of booth must be completed by 7:00pm that night.
A form must be filled for any items or objects that you request another party to remove.
