Where do I sign in if I am an Exhibitor/Sponsor?
Before March 25, 2008 please register your staff here.
During move-in, your name badges will be set out in a package at your display. If you have not pre-registered, please visit the registration display marked "Exhibitor/Sponsor/Media Registration" to pick up a name badge. |

When can I set up my display?
Set up will occur on March 31 between 3pm and 7pm and on April 1, 2009 between 7am and 8am. Note: If you know at any time that your display will require more time/resources to set up, contact us so we can make the appropriate arrangements. |

Where can I take my vehicle to unload my display?
If you have a small/light load of materials, please enter through the elevators from Hornby Street (south of the Vancouver Art Gallery red awning). If you require time to unload/load, please use the UBC Robson Square loading bay. Click here for information on how to access the loading bay. |

How do I find a Massive employee for troubleshooting at the show?
Massive Employees and Volunteers will be circulating on the tradeshow floor and outside the conference rooms to answer any questions that you may have.
If you are unable to find the assistance you need, please go to the registration desk where we will then find the appropriate person to assist you. |

How high can my display be?

Where do I take the materials for attendee bags?
Please deliver to the registration counter BETWEEN 3PM and 4PM on March 31, 2009 (one day before the show date). |

How do I register my staff that will be attending to my display?
